Conditions of Hire The rent is paid in advance. During high season a deposit of 600sek is paid when booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. During low season no deposit is required but the total rent is expected to be paid 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date or else by agreement.
During high-season cancellations should be made at least 30 days prior to the agreed day of arrival. We to cover administration retain a cancellation fee of 250 sek. No reimbursement is given for cancellations later than this unless the cottage can be re-let. To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, due to unforseen circumstances, illness etc; a cancellation indemnity can be purchased for a fee of 300 sek per cottage.
During low season no cancellation charges is usually made, except an administration-fee of 100 SEK for reimbursement. Please don’t forget to inform us if you are unable to come.
It is not permitted to transfer the hire of a cottage to anyone else without our permission.
During high season the cottages can only be rented on a weekly basis (i.e. for one or more complete weeks) and usually only from Sunday to Sunday, arrival time being 15.00 at the earliest and departure time 12.00 (11.00 if you have booked cleaning) at the latest. At special times like Christmas, New Year and Easter other terms may apply but as a general rule the cottages can only be hired for a minimum of one week. During low-season there is no minimum hire period and the cottages may be hired on a daily basis and agreement can be reached about other arrival and departure times than those given above.
